In the upcoming movie Captain America: Civil War an international incident sparks the creation of a superhero registration. That event is the incident in Sokovia when Ultron tried to destroy humanity by dropping the country onto the Earth. How? Recently discovered concept art by Jon McCoy gives some insights. Also
